摘要: In this paper, we discuss X-ray absorption spectroscopy and Auger electron results that elucidate the local atomic arrangements electronic structure change of ion-beam-mixed Ag-Cr Pd-Cr alloys. Cr K-edgespectra were used to investigate crystal in these thin film films with a large positive value heat formation (ΔHm) site does not change, but negative ΔHm changes from bcc an fcc increasing Pd concentration. addition, L3 near-edge measurements show decrease white line feature associated transition 2p core level 4d empty band contrast system, Ag spectra remain unchanged system. It is thus concluded consist mixture elemental domains no obvious indication intermetallic alloying or compound as consequence mixing.
