摘要: This study was conducted to evaluate quality of domestic wines, with a long-tenn goal improving their quality. We compared the characteristics 19 and imported red wines. The titratable acidity wines ranged from 0.5-0.6% that 0.4-0.8%. sugar content 4-10% whereas all had below 1.0%. Red color value tannin contents were generally high in some similar levels. For ratio total sulfite 10 mg/L, higher 36.8% than 5%. Volatile acid which may be due contamination by acetic bacteria.
