摘要: An electromagnetic (EM) Bloch wave propagating in a photonic crystal (PC) is characterized by the immittance (impedance and admittance) of wave. The used to investigate transmission reflection at surface or an interface PC. In particular, general properties are useful for clarifying propagation characteristics. We give proof that EM waves on plane infinite one- two-dimensional (2D) PCs real when PC vector perpendicular plane. also show pure-real feature three-dimensional good approximation based numerical calculations. analytical indicates method matching extremely simplified since only part function needed analysis without verification.
