摘要: The importance of gender in community development has been a neglected issue U.S. development. This study analyzed the extent to which male and female respondents differed their willingness support services. Using data from needs assessments conducted eight rural counties Illinois, authors tested hypothesis that certain services are more likely be supported by women than men, since affected them. Tests significance showed virtually no differences between men terms type they were willing support. Several implications findings discussed.
