摘要: One of the most important steps to make use any renewable energy is perform an accurate estimation resource that has be exploited. In designing process both active and passive solar systems, radiation data required for site, with proper spatial resolution. Generally, a radiometric stations network used in this evaluation, but when they are too dispersed or not available study area, satellite images can utilized as indirect measurements. Although cover wide areas good acquisition frequency usually have poor resolution limited by size image pixel, irradiation must interpolated evaluate at sub-pixel scale. When pixels located flat homogeneous areas, correlation relatively high, classic interpolation provide estimation. However, complex topography zones, adequate Digital Terrain Model (DTM) information helpful. work, daily estimated mountainous area using combination Meteosat DTM, advantage avoiding necessity ground This methodology utilizes modified Heliosat-2 model, applies all sky conditions; it also introduces horizon calculation DTM points accounts effect snow covers. performance been evaluated against measured 12 stations, results terms Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) 10%, Bias (MBE) +2%, expressed percentage mean value measured.
