METHODS experimental protocol took form 28-day open prospective trial using BDP Endoscopic, histological, clinical parameters were evaluated. centres taking part collected data for 60 cases out total 80 enrolled study, both sexes aged between 20 81 years old, proctosigmoiditis (46.7%) (53.3%). RESULTS Endoscopic showed improvement after 28 days 74.5% patients; achieved 65.2% cases. In percentage terms mean value improved parameters, histological altered 56.9% patients. With regard 82% judged be good/excellent.
