摘要: A paper substrate impregnated with an emulsion containing: (a) a polyol poly-12-hydroxystearate; (b) oil component selected from the group consisting of dialkyl ether, carbonate, glyceride, hydrocarbon, silicone oil, and mixtures thereof; (c) up to about 20% by weight humectant; (d) 10% irritation-soothing agent; (e) consistency factor; (f) 15% co-emulsifier; (g) 5 25% water, all weights being based on emulsion.
