摘要: Abstract Murexide was chemically bonded to silica gel surface immobilized 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane (APMS) produce the new sorbent. A solid phase extraction method using sorbent has been developed separate and concentrate trace amount of uranium (VI) from aqueous samples for measurement by spectrophotometry Arsenazo III reagent. The influences some analytical parameters on quantitative recoveries analyte were investigated both in batch column methods. Quantitative recovery U(VI) achieved stripping with 0.1 mol L −1 HCl. maximum sorption capacity modified 1.13 mmol g U(VI). high preconcentration factor value 400 a lower limit detection 1 μg L obtained practical applicability examined synthetic real such as sea/ground water samples.
