摘要: Due to its high content in Al-TRIP steel, Al is easily react with SiO2 mould fluxes during the continuous casting process, which results drastic decrease of content, increase Al2O3 and basicity (R = CaO/SiO2), respectively. The magnitude change physical properties slag can affect process surface quality slabs. Especially, influenced crystallization property, thus heat transfer fluxes. In this study, three CaO–SiO2 based A, B, C different (A was originally used fluxes, B were newly developed fluxes) cast aluminum TRIP steel 0.80–1.00% 0.085–0.115% carbon. property influence on slab evaluated. It indicated that appropriate base beneficial improve spent for inhibition so as reduce occurrence cracking depression effectively. And also, it shorten time slag–metal reaction reaching dynamic equilibrium length transition defect start stage. Accordingly, by best.
