摘要: Abstract Methods for determining spectrum areas range in sophistication from the “cutting and weighing” technique to computer analysis. We describe here a simple digital circuit designed ratiometric spectrofluorometer which permits real-time determination display of spectral areas. This inexpensive facilitates subtraction background signal calculation relative quantum yields. A brief study concerning quenching fluorescein emission upon binding antifluorescein IgG antibody demonstrates utility system.
