摘要: For analyzing the changes in immunoglobulins, HSP70, ghrelin levels blood samples were collected from volunteers vaccinated against swine flu before vaccinations and on days 3, 15, 1 2 months after vaccination presence or absence of fever associated with it. The study included 11 subjects having developed a fever, 13 not 20 control subjects. Immunoglobulins measured by nephelometry, HSP70 ghrelins appropriate ELISA tests. level was reduced, while significantly increased who fevers. When temperatures normalized, both found similar to group. These results indicate that increase serum immunoglobulins vaccinations, along with, elevations reduced may be important parameters clinical evaluation follow-up treatments vaccines.
