摘要: One of the important advances in study experimental liver carcinogenesis is development model systems which permit an analysis initiation, promotion and progression phases carcinogenic process1–6. We have recently demonstrated that orotic acid (OA), a precursor for pyrimidine nucleotide biosynthesis effective promoter liver6–9 duodenal10 cancer rat. In view fact OA normal cellular constituent whose levels can be perturbed variety ways11 it had potential to multiorgan tumor promoter, became understand mechanisms by exerted this effect.
