摘要: The fine structure of the osteocytes and immediately adjacent bone matrix has been studied in jaws young rats demineralized with EDTA. events marking life cycle cell their effects on pericellular substance have grouped into 3 phases. 1. formative period, where osteocyte resembles an osteoblast but shows a gradual decrease amount endoplasmic reticulum size Golgi complex. 2. beginning resorption (osteocytic osteolysis) which is characterized by further secretory organelles jagged appearance perilacunar border. Later this phase there development activity lysosomes resulting increased widening lacuna accumulation fibrillar flocculent material. 3. eventual degeneration death cell. No evidence regeneration (“osteoplasia”) observed.
