摘要: Problem discussion: Supply chain management plays very important role in petroleum industry to solve many problems like long lead time, transportation problem, operational issue, supplier selection problem and service satisfaction at the different level. In this thesis main focus is on finding options for optimization of supply industries. Purpose: To study optimizing by literature review investigate previous literatures. Method: ONGC Limited (headquartered Dehradun, India) taken consider case study. Qualitative research technique implemented research. Primary data collected via cell phone communicating with organization's employee secondary from various articles books make theoretical frame reference thesis.
