摘要: We examine the spontaneous emission of a two-level emitter, quantum-dot exciton, into surface plasmons propagating on cylindrical nanowire. The numerically obtained dispersion relations are found to influence rate strongly. At certain values exciton band gap, rates can go infinity due band-edge feature relations. Borrowing idea from photonic crystals, we model dynamics with non-Markovian way and demonstrate that decay undergo an oscillatory behavior. In addition, also show remote entangled states be generated via super-radiance by using one-dimensional nanowire plasmons.
