摘要: ABSTRACTTea (Camellia sinensis L.) is a perennial acidophilic crop, and known to be nonalcoholic stimulating beverage that most widely consumed after water. The aim of this review paper provide detailed documentation selected micronutrient contents, viz. boron (B), cobalt (Co), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), molybdenum (Mo), zinc (Zn) in made tea infusion.
