Residents’ Willingness for Centralized Biogas Production in Hebei and Shandong Provinces

摘要: Nowadays, in the North China Plain (NCP), most counties and suburban rural regions are promoting "coal to gas" program under situation of strong government support large medium-sized centralized biogas production (CBP) projects. This paper is aimed at CBP projects, focuses on residents’ “willingness use (WTU)”, buy (WTB)” influencing factors for WTU/WTB. Through analysis residents from Hebei Shandong provinces that belong NCP this survey, we find 85% respondents WTB 63.15 CNY/year per capita, which much lower than cost existing survey regions. The participation not only a manifestation personal family characteristics; understanding environmental knowledge, attitudes, household energy practices more important. These non-economic seriously affect Hence, it necessary appropriately increase revenue such strengthen guidance publicity, improve knowledge attitude guide practice. Based fully consumption decision mechanism, establish financial mechanism due demand response, adopt correct calculation support, as reasonable subsidy rate, seek greatest commonality cost, demand.
