摘要: Abstract Background : Waldheimia glabra (Decne.) Regel is a wild plant from the Himalayan Mountains, commonly known as Smooth Ground Daisy. This traditionally used by local populations in religious rituals (incense) or traditional herbal medicine to treat skin diseases, headache, joint pain and fever. In literature few data are available on investigation of this aromatic plant. Purpose The present work aims at deepening knowledge about chemical composition W. extracts incense, well its activity TRP ion channels. Methods Extracts incense were analyzed using HS-SPME GC/MS, GC/MS NMR analysis. Tests isolated compounds (+)-ludartin 1 B-ring-homo-tonghaosu 2 channels also performed. Results Some pure showed an interesting terms efficacy potency rat TRPA1, channel involved several sensory mechanisms, including pungency, environmental irritation perception. Activity discussed compared with that other TRPA1 natural agonists different structures. All only negligible inhibition TRPM8 channel. Conclusions Our findings demonstrate receptor activation mechanism therefore represents new product potentially useful pharmaceutical agrifood research.
