摘要: In this paper, a new approach on the characterization of dumbbell annular ring (DAR) resonators have been presented. Moreover, electromagnetic nature these different dimensions as well their coupling strength to host 50-Ω transmission line are investigated. Furthermore, an equivalent circuit model has developed understand overall performance. fact, from model, passband and stopband characteristics DAR loaded analyzed. Nevertheless, study reveals that provides inductance which is less than 16% with respect conventional defected ground structure (DGS), aspect ratio, can be tuned for certain analysis. This proposed resonator great interest in terms designing compact RF microwave devices based bandgap (EBG) concept.
