摘要: Effects of electrolyte, alkali, liquor ratio and temperature were observed on dyeing cotton fabric with Fluoro Chloro Pyrimidene (FCP) Dyes. For this experiment single joursey knitted fabrics taken. The selected dyestuffs Drimarene Yellow K2R (DYK), Red K8B (DRK) Blue K2RL (DBK). 1% the weight (owf) each dye was considered for producing 9 combined shades samples. Isothermal exhaust method followed dyeing. To observe effect a particular parameter, that one varied while other parameters kept constant. dyed samples tested in reflectance spectrophotometer (datacolor 650) to get CIELAB coordinates (L*, a* b*). color values (K/S) calculated by Kubelka-Munk equation from value strength% determined. results show DRK DBK positively influenced increase electrolyte though DYK negatively influenced. All over depth shade increasing alkali 1:20 found more suitable than 1:10 1:30.
