摘要: We studied the effect of dietary soybean lecithin or triacylglycerol on hepatic Na+,K(+)-ATPase in cyclosporine A-treated rats by means quantitative immunocytochemistry. Cyclosporine were fed a triacylglycerol-enriched diet low-fat diet. As control, one group was only diet; three other groups treated with A solvent and received low fat, lecithin, Bile canalicular staining significantly decreased all higher values lecithin-fed rats. In basolateral membranes, no decrease observed lecithin-cyclosporine group, contrast to groups. The triacylglycerol-cyclosporine had lower both membrane domains. alteration related cholestasis evidenced bile salt secretion. These modifications prevented amplified triacylglycerol.
