摘要: A comprehensive analysis of scaling laws for plasma focus devices producing neutrons is presented. Similarities and differences in working with stored energies ranging from 1 MJ to 0.1 J are found. First, a brief review listing the most important results achieved by Thermonuclear Plasma Department Chilean Nuclear Energy Commission, CCHEN, The aim work at CCHEN has been characterize physics dense foci also carry out design construction smaller devices—in terms both input energy size—capable providing hot plasmas. Certain rules have found this research. These combined other applied construct storage region never explored before (tens joules less than J). Thus, including groups In particular, all devices, largest smallest, maintain same value ion density, magnetic field, sheath velocity, Alfven speed quantity per particle. Therefore, fusion reactions even possible obtain ultraminiature (driven generators example), as they larger MJ). However, stability pinch highly depends on size device.
