摘要: Abstract The present study was designed to characterize the blood chemistry, hematology, and lymphocyte subsets in pregnant rhesus monkeys provide baseline parameters for future studies of reproductive developmental toxicity immunotoxicity. Harem-mating used 96 female 16 male monkeys. Pregnancy confirmed on gestation day (GD)18 by ultrasound. samples were collected at various times (20 days before pregnancy GD20, 100 150). analyses performed. Copmpared with 20 pregnancy, Significant decreases ( P + GD100, GD150 CD4 /CD8 ratio observed, significant changes MCV, MCHC, RDW-SD, MONO, ALT, AST, GLB, ALP, TBIL, DBIL, IBIL, GGT, CR-S, URIC, TC, TG CK observed during period, but no biologic change There MCH, RDW-CV, MPV, BUN, CD3 , CD8 pregnancy. These data a database preclinical Physiological anemia, hyperglycemia, immune suppression may occur monkey which is similar that found human, it essential distinguish physiological from pharmacological effects immunotoxicity pharmaceuticals.
