摘要: The development of new materials for electrochemical sensors has been received attention due to the search sustainability. However, use in natura from vegetable and animal origin is still little explored this purpose. Therefore, work aims beeswax as biofilm, an environmentally friendly sustainable platform incorporating carbon black nanoparticles. electrode was prepared by a simple dispersion on surface glassy electrode. proposed modified used determine herbicide paraquat (PQ) 3 different samples Apis mellifera honey. presence decreases electrical resistance when compared with bare beeswax-carbon film considerably increased sensitivity PQ determination measures at concentration range between 5.0 × 10−7 7.5 × 10−6 mol L−1. Samples contents 7.5 × 10−7 7.5 × 10−6 mol L−1 presented recovery values 97.2 114%. Also, sensor showed good repeatability reproducibility successive measurements. This suggests feasible alternative strategy monitoring of herbicides honey samples.
