摘要: Solid phase microextraction (SPME) has become a useful tool for in vivo monitoring the behavior of environmental organic pollutants biological species due to its simplicity, relatively non-invasive, and cost-effective manner. However, complex matrices samples could significantly influence extraction kinetic, bias quantification result. In this study, we investigated effect matrix on kinetic SPME sample analysis. Two matrices, phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with bovine serum albumin (BSA) agarose gel BSA were used simulate fluid tissue. Results showed that addition enhanced mass transfer compounds onto fiber both PBS buffer sample. Enhancement factors ranging from 1.3 27, 2.0 80 found all selected polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) concentration 0.1–5%, respectively. Then, an improved theoretical model was applied quantify observed enhancement effect, result predicted sampling time constant agreed well experimental one matrix. Furthermore, simplified equation proposed real
