摘要: B lymphocytes are continuously generated throughout life. Like all other members of the hematopoietic system, cells derived from multipotent stem (Wu et al., 1967). The developmental pathway that leads to committed is characterized by a series differentiation steps. Many these steps can be recognized based on appearance proteins such as growth factor receptors or B-lineage-specific molecules allow promote further development progenitor cells. These stages also functional assays have been developed over last 30 years. Initially, assay systems relied ability repopulate system mouse had previously subjected high doses ionizing radiation. This approach has crucial for identification and defining cells, which long-term reconstituting potential (Dick 1985; Keller al.,1985; Lemischka 1986).
