摘要: Abstract This study probes teachers' attitudes toward parental involvement in schools as a function of four types school governance suggested by Bauch and Goldring. Participants the included headteachers, chairpersons parents' committees, teachers 11 primary medium-sized town Israel. A discriminant analysis found different profiles involvement: resistant negative characterized where parents were empowered. Ambivalent with professional bureaucratic modes governance, positive partnership governance. implies that latter mode is promising step community-oriented approach.
