摘要: We report our results in four cases of hypotony maculopathy caused by traumatic cyclodialysis and treated combined vitrectomy cataract surgery. The patients' visual acuities ranged from light perception to 0.2, intraocular pressures 4.7 5.7 mmHg (mean 5.1 mmHg) before Ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) revealed associated with ciliary body detachment 180° 360°. performed surgery, pars plana cryopexy for detached an SF6 gas tamponade. Postoperative UBM showed that and/or disappeared the whole circumference two eyes, while it partially remained at 15° one eye 30° eye. acuity 0.06 1.2, IOP ranging 9.0 14.7 mmHg 12.2 mmHg). Based on results, we consider present therapy is highly reliable closing adhering normalizing hypotony.
