摘要: Abstract An anion-exchange high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed to examine the effect of uracil starvation on purine and pyrimidine metabolism. The isolation, separation determination adenosine triphosphate (ATP) guanosine (GTP) from a mutant strain Escherichia coli in single run is described. performed using Waters Radial-PAK Partisil SAX cartridge. experimental procedure included preparation neutralized Freon-amine extract injection 100 μl it into column. results showed accumulation ATP GTP under starvation.
