摘要: INTRODUCTION The morphological result of nipple-areola complex (NAC) reconstruction may be disappointing for patients who undergo skin-sparing mastectomies and immediate breast reconstruction, followed by secondary the complex. The aim this study was to analyze patient satisfaction after nipple-sparing mastectomy with a deep inferior epigastric perforator flap. MATERIALS AND METHODS Our retrospective involved all underwent an unilateral conservation NAC. following three kinds surgical approach were used: periareolar incision, hemiperiareolar incision lateral extension, inverted-T mammoplasty incision. based on survey using standardized questionnaire Likert scale report basis criteria defined investigators. RESULTS We evaluated 17 patients. All satisfied or very overall aesthetic appearance, projection, volume as well appearance scarring reconstructed breast. None our reported dissatisfaction in response under evaluation. A used most often perform (10 patients). Partial NAC necrosis observed five patients, without negatively influencing their perception outcome reconstruction. CONCLUSIONS Immediate free flap met high rate general among resulted low necrosis.
