摘要: For decades, higher education institutions have been increasingly reliant upon parttime faculty. As the role of part-time faculty in colleges and universities has evolved gained prominence, it is important to gain a deeper understanding their perceptions job involvement considered as potential predictor turnover absenteeism. There are very few studies focusing on Available research tends be concerned with inequality terms income, benefits, working conditions, opportunities for career advancement compared full-time faculty, while how distributive justice among members might associated perceived levels remain comparatively neglected. This study focused exploring relationships between other job-related variables, including justice; whether or not work status was voluntary involuntary, position primary non-primary.
