摘要: The complete primary structure of turkey muscle acylphosphatase has been determined. sequence was derived from peptides obtained by digestion the carboxymethylated protein with pepsin and thermolysin subdigestion some cyanogen bromide fragments trypsin Staphylococcus aureus protease. Peptides were purified preparative finger prints and/or high-performance liquid chromatography. Sequencing various achieved manual Edman degradation time-course analysis amino acids released carboxypeptidases. amino-terminal blocking group (acetyl) determined fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry. This compared that horse enzyme previously.
