摘要: Abstract Leptospirosis is a zoonosis with protean clinical manifestation. Diagnosis requires high index of suspicion and confirmed by isolation the organism or, more commonly, serologic studies. In fall 1987, after severe flooding, we saw 93 patients leptospirosis, microagglutination test. Thirteen percent had no or laboratory findings except fever headache, but rest mild to manifestations. Jaundice, renal failure, aseptic meningitis were not common, pulmonary symptoms, when present, striking. The mortality rate was 5%. main cause death asphyxiation due massive hemoptysis from hemorrhage acute respiratory failure.
