摘要: Abstract This study was performed to clarify the apparent differences in cellular substrates mediating discriminative stimulus effects of morphine and cyclazocine. Squirrel monkeys trained between i.m. injections saline either (3.0 mg/kg) or cyclazocine (0.1 a two-choice avoidance paradigm were tested for generalization ethylketocyclazocine SKF 10,047, proposed agonists receptors Both drugs completely mimicked cyclazone but not those morphine. Naltrexone (0.3 produced 3-fold shift right clyclazocine dose-response curve did block cyclazocine-like 10,047 ethylketocyclazocine. 10, 047 competitive antagonist at These data are consistent with multiple opiate receptor model, provide further evidence that subserved by different substrates.
