摘要: A slow migrating monosialosyl ganglioside with blood group H activity was isolated from human erythrocyte membranes and identified as monosialosylceramide decasaccharide. Its structure determined by degradation exo- endoglycosidases, mass spectrometric characterization of a nonasaccharide liberated endo-beta-galactosidase, methylation analysis spectrometry permethylated glycolipids before after enzymatic degradation. The contains two oligosaccharide chains branched through GlcNAcbeta1 leads to 6(GlcNAcbeta1 3) Gal structure, the terminal 1 6-linked fucosylated, whereas that 3-linked sialosylated seen below.
