摘要: In this paper, we developed a silk fibroin nanofiber (SF) hydrogel system complexed with upconversion nanoparticles and nano-graphene oxide (SF/UCNP@NGO) for luminescence imaging photothermal therapy. The NaLuF4:Er3+,Yb3+ were the composite by ligand exchange strategy, then doped into an aqueous SF solution to form hybrid system. vitro studies demonstrated that SF/UCNP@NGO hydrogels possessed excellent biocompatibility capable of efficiently ablating cancerous cells via effect. vivo antitumor further confirmed could present outstanding efficacy. This work presents novel system, which not only act as tumor probes, but also serve therapy agents.
