摘要: In the present paper we describe results of our studies on biosynthesis and turnover phosphatidyl choline (PC) in rat brain. We will discuss apparent lack phospholipid transport mechanisms cell membranes CNS show that all brain subcellular fractions seem to have a certain degree independence for synthesis this phospholipid. The presence rapid slow pools PC be described possible explanations these findings presented.
