摘要: After 2.5 years of deliberation, the European Parliament and Council have recently adopted Directive on patients’ rights in cross-border health care. As first harmonization concerning care, this may be regarded as a legislative milestone for Union. In broad terms, concerns following three topics: 1. ‘old’ that codify case law Court reimbursement care; 2. ‘new’ concern transparency accountability; and 3. enhanced cooperation between Member States.
