摘要: To find the proper material for cultivation in vitro of cells leafhopper vectors plant viruses, embryonic tissues six-spotted aster leaf-hopper (Macrosteles fascifrons) were tested during early developmental stages, blastokinetic movement, and late stages. Growing only obtained from stage movement. This can be determined visually eggs.
