摘要: XPS and UPS methods have been used to study the nature of oxygen states on silver. Three with high Eb(O1s)=530.5 eV(Oepox), 530.9 eV (Oβ), 532.0 (Ores)can be reliably attributed different adsorbed species quasimolecular oxygen. These are characterized by an unusually thermostability(T>800 K) a subsurface location.
