摘要: A case of visual loss following Cranio-maxillofacial trauma is reported. The patient had partial blindness and inability to close the eyelid with right eye; it was associated displaced fracture lateral inferior wall orbit. Access site achieved through incision placed on fronto-zygomatic region (lateral eyebrow approach). fractured fragment elevated fixed 4 hole miniplate gap 1.5mm. total return acuity without surgical complications. He could also his role orbital optic decompression in management patients traumatic neuropathy discussed this article.
