摘要: This technical note presents the application of a Radial Basis Function (RBF) network to estimate FAO Blaney-Criddle b factor. Tabular values are given in United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization Irrigation Drainage Paper Number 24. The obtained by RBF compared appropriate produced using regression equations. predicted better than An example is illustrate simplicity accuracy for factor estimation.
