摘要: Herein, we report a carbazole (Cz) ligand that displays distinct turn-on fluorescence signals upon interaction with human telomeric G-quadruplex ( h-TELO) and nuclease enzymes. Interestingly, Cz selectively binds stabilizes the mixed hybrid topology of h-TELO withstands digestion by exonucleases S1. The signatures Cz-stabilized nucleases are used to design conceptually novel DNA devices for detecting enzymatic activity DNase I as well performing logic operations. An INHIBIT gate is constructed using inputs while S1 form YES gate. Furthermore, two-input two-output reusable device "multireset" function developed inputs. On basis this platform, combinatorial systems (INHIBIT-INHIBIT NOR-OR) have been successfully installed different combinations Moreover, new strategy synthetic dual emissive probe enzyme/DNA constructing may find important applications in biological computing information processing.
