摘要: In the present study we have investigated whether butein could induce apoptosis in human leukaemic HL-60 cells. The treatment of cells with induced apoptotic cell death as determined by morphological and biochemical changes. Apoptotic DNA fragments butein-treated were increased gradually flow cytometric analysis. caspase-3 activity was during butein-induced apoptosis. However, inhibitor abrogated fragmentation. Furthermore, decreased expression Bcl-2 protein, but Bax protein. These results suggest that is mediated through activation it associated changed proteins.
