摘要: Abstract Adaptive planning, as opposed to the conventional ‘predict-and-act’ approach, has emerged a paradigm increase resilience of our built environment and infrastructure systems. However, we have limited understanding broader governance that can enable or hinder adaptive planning. Research is dominated by individual case studies, which limits generalisability findings. We conducted meta-analysis 40 cases real-world application planning globally. assessed extent those processes adhered key elements an ‘ideal’ identified enablers barriers implementation. Our results show applications are far from ideal.
