摘要: In this chapter, we discuss the contributions of different modalities to overall quality multi-modal interaction. After reviewing some common systematics and findings concerning multi-modality, present experimental results from several scenarios, involving (human-to-human human-to-machine) interaction paradigms, degrees interactivity, (speech, audio, video, touch, gesture) modalities. The show that impact each modality on in depends heavily onthe scenario degree interactivity. Complementary are not considered paper, but models presented allow predicting system basis individual ratings with an appropriate accuracy. These still have be validated order used as tools for developers estimating whether adding will experienced by user.
