摘要: Mannosylerythritol lipids (MELs) are promising biosurfactants containing two glycosyl derivatives and various fatty acids, which mainly secreted by Pseudozyma as well Ustilago. In this review, the latest research is demonstrated on production conditions, structural diversity, self-assembling properties versatile biochemical functions of MELs. The genetic study synthetic pathways, influence type yield MELs production. Due to excellent surface activity, biocompatibility restorative function, can be used in enviornmental industry, has not been widely noted. paper, current status potential discussed including petroleum degradation, bioconversion chemical wastes enhanced bioremediation amphiphilic wastes.
