摘要: Interaction between titanium and SiC particles was studied by electron microprobe, scanning microscopy (SEM) transmission (TEM). The distribution of the reaction products from to end is reported. Particular attention given microstructure phase analysis in areas near SiC. implications observed microstructural structural details are discussed.
