Ammonia induced preferential nitriding of molybdenum (111) planes

摘要: Abstract Field emission patterns show that preferential nitride formation on (111) Mo planes results of the interaction with NH 3 at 750 K. This observation should be related to high activity towards catalytic synthesis or decomposition.
