摘要: The hormonal changes that occur during exercise are very important in control of fuel regulation. observed hormone concentrations, especially insulin, and the regulation is associated with these will be discussed this chapter. A decrease insulin concentration an increase glucagon from concentrations pre-exercise rest have been found many studies.1–9 Other include elevations growth hormone, cortisol, catecholamines.5,6 More recent works clarified action regulatory hormones suggested 10–12 presence 10,13,14 essential for appropriate glucose production exercise.
